And it doesn't need to be anything special. Just check out some random HTML tutorials and use Blogger.com to start posting away. 10KThingsToDoBeforeYouDie.com is hosted on blogger and we've used to Photoshop to make the pretty banner and the buttons on the sidebar. It's really fun, actually.
